Our Commitment To Privacy:

Purchase information, such as the product purchased, transaction identifier, purchase status, and purchase history. Payment-card and billing details are handled by Apple, Google, or our payment processor and are not stored by us.

How We Collect Information:
We may collect information directly from you when you enter or submit it, automatically when you use a network-connected feature, from device features you permit an app to access, or from a service you choose to use, such as Apple or Google sign-in or an app store purchase service.
Protected device information, such as location, camera, or photo-library data, is accessed only with the permission required by your device or platform. Some features process information entirely on your device. Information that remains on your device and is not transmitted to us is not collected by Vertolini.

Public And Shared Content:
Some products include public, shared, social, or collaborative features. When you choose to submit information to one of these features, the submitted content and associated information may be visible to other users or to the public. This may include a username, text or other content, gameplay or activity information, and a precise or approximate location associated with submitted content. The product will indicate when a feature is public or intended to be shared.

Optional Sync And Sign-In:
Some applications offer optional synchronization or sign-in so that information can be restored or used across devices. Depending on the product and platform, this may rely on Apple iCloud, Google, another provider, or a service we operate. Information stored in your own account with another provider is also governed by that provider's privacy policy. When a product offers optional sign-in or sync, you can choose whether to use it and can disconnect or sign out using the controls provided by the product or provider.

How We Use Information:
Depending on the product and feature, we may use collected information to:
Provide, operate, maintain, and synchronize our products and requested features
Create and authenticate accounts, restore data, and maintain user preferences
Display or share content when you use a public, shared, or collaborative feature
Provide location-based features, validate location-based requests, associate submitted content with a location or region, and prevent location-based abuse
Process and verify purchases and provide purchased items, status, or benefits
Provide customer support and respond to messages and requests
Moderate content, enforce our terms, prevent fraud and abuse, protect users and our services, and comply with legal obligations

Information used for analytics may include identifiers, content or content attributes, location or region information, purchase information, product interactions, and device or diagnostic information. Depending on the product and feature, analytics information may be linked to an account, user, device, or installation. We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand and improve our products.

Advertising:
Some of our applications are supported by advertising served by third-party advertising networks. To deliver and measure those ads, these networks may collect information such as a device or advertising identifier, general location, and app usage in accordance with their own privacy policies. A product that uses advertising or tracking will disclose that practice through its app store privacy information and any permission request required by the platform. On Apple devices, permission is requested before tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies.

How We Share Information:
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information when you choose to make it public or use a sharing feature; with hosting, infrastructure, authentication, payment, analytics, support, and other service providers that process information on our behalf; with advertising providers as described above; when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce our terms, or prevent fraud or abuse; or when required by law or valid legal process.
Service providers are permitted to use information only to provide their services to us or as otherwise disclosed to you, and we require them to protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law. If a product shares information with another category of third party, that sharing will be disclosed in the product or its app store privacy information.

Where Information Is Stored And How Long We Keep It:
Depending on the product and feature, information may be stored on your device, within your account with a provider such as Apple or Google, or on servers and services operated by or for Vertolini, including hosting providers acting on our behalf.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the product or feature, maintain an account, complete a transaction, satisfy the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the product. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal, security, backup, and fraud-prevention needs.

Your Choices, Access, And Deletion:
You can revoke access to protected device features, such as location, camera, or photos, through your device settings. You can sign out of optional accounts, disconnect provider access, disable optional synchronization or analytics, or delete information using in-product controls when those controls are offered. The availability of a particular control depends on the product and feature.
You may also contact support@vertolini.com to ask what personal information we maintain about you or to request access, correction, or deletion. To protect privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may retain information when required by law or when a permitted exception applies.

Our Commitment To Data Security:
We use physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and protect the information we collect. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under 13, and our products are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
