Your privacy is important to us. On some pages or in some apps you can submit information about other people — for example, other contacts within your organization. In that circumstance, the types of personal information collected are Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address.

Optional Sync:
Some of our applications offer optional synchronization of your data across your devices. Depending on the app and the platform you use, synchronization may rely on a service such as Apple iCloud or Google — stored within your own account with that provider and governed by that provider's privacy policy — or on a service that we operate. Synchronization is off unless you enable it, and you can disable it at any time.

Where Your Information Is Stored:
Depending on the product and the features you use, information may be stored on your device, within your own account with a provider such as Apple iCloud or Google, and/or on servers and services operated by or under the control of Vertolini, LLC, including hosting providers acting on our behalf. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

Advertising:
Some of our applications are supported by advertising served by third-party advertising networks. To deliver and measure those ads, these networks may collect information such as a device or advertising identifier, general location, and app usage, in accordance with their own privacy policies. This information is collected by the advertising networks, not by us. On Apple devices we ask for your permission before any tracking, and you can limit or reset ad tracking at any time in your device settings.

The Way We Use Information:
We use the information described above only to provide and operate our products, to complete the orders and requests you make, to understand and improve how our apps and websites are used, and to respond to your support messages. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide a service you request, to operate the advertising described above, or to comply with legal requests.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive and to correspond according to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our products and websites, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify an individual. We never use or share personally identifiable information in ways unrelated to those described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never knowingly collect or maintain information from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our websites or applications is structured to attract anyone under 13.
